It’s been a long time…

I’ve been working with some clients recently, on adjusting their free WordPress blogs, and remembered “Hello…I have a WP blog that I never use”.  So, here I am…writing again. No new food news, other than a previous client just shared with me her cheese making business.  Now, me – lover of cheese- was jazzed to find out that she is using microbial rennet in her product.  I couldn’t be more thrilled, and want to share this with everyone….all three of you that happen to read my blog.

Smoked Gouda, where are you?

Okay, so this is more of a plea than a post about what I am eating today.  I am in search of non-animal rennet smoked gouda.  For the love all of all things it just has to be out there!!!  I found some wonderful companies on the internet, that make gouda at their lovely farm on the east coast, but I don’t want to have to buy a few pounds of cheese and then have it shipped to me in California just to satisfy my whim.  Well, I have thought about it but there has to be another way.  HELP!!
